Gavilan of this agenda meeting. We have two visitors today. We have Jackson Carlucci here to my left, and we have Jojo Carlucci here to my right. Thank you for joining us. We appreciate it. Welcome to the agenda meeting for LUZ. All right, we're going to go ahead and get started with our agenda. All right, no more talking. All right, so we have a presentation, the ADA presentation by Teresa Eichner. That would be first. Then we have item number one, 2025-630, is up for withdrawal with the return of fees. Then we have item number two, 2025-724, ex parte, open, close, move. And then items number three and four are back for discussion, 2026-0006 and 0007. Those are open, close, move, and everyone has hopefully received the additional communication from Mr. Phillips about the capacity on the roads. And then item number five, six, seven, what? Yeah, go ahead, Mr. Harvey. Did that come by via email? We have staff has not received that and neither has OGC. Yeah, it came through email. Mr. Phillips, did you, who'd you send that to? Yeah, let's, do you not have it? Okay, we'll get you a copy of it. And Mr. Phillips, that is your final warning. All right, so we'll get that. And then, all right, items number five, six, seven, 2026, 122, 123, 124 are open, continue until 519, well, 5-5 and 519 on items 2026-124. Item number eight, 2026-125 is open, continue until 519. Item number nine, 2026-126 is open, continue until 5-5. Item number 10, 2026-127 is open, continue until 5-5. Item number 11, 2026-164 is open, close, move. Item number 12, 2026-165, ex parte, open, close, move. All right, items number 13, 2026-166, open, close, amend, and move. Nothing crazy on the amendment there. Looks like a avenue versus road issue. Item number 14, 2026-167, ex parte, open, close, amend, and move. Same amendment. I had a discussion from a committee member. 2026-168 is open, close, move. Item number, and this, this is Ms. Clark Murray. She's going to be joining us tonight, but she's going to be, I think, a little, she's going to be here after we start, so we'll just make sure that she's here for that. And number 16, same, 2026-169 is the companion, ex parte, open, close, move. 17, 2026-170, ex parte, open, close, amend, and move with conditions. Mr. Miller here? Okay, that's actually, we were talking about a different one. That's not the one I was worried about. Okay. And 18, 2026-174, ex parte, open, close, move. Item number 20, 2026-177 is up for withdrawal. That is the waiver of road frontage in District 5. Item number 21, 22, 23 are all marked as deferred with a public hearing on 5-5-26. Item 24, 2026-211, ex parte, open, close, move. Anything? Okay. 25, 2026-212, ex parte, open, close, move. 26, 2026-232, ex parte, open, close, amend, and move. We're going to be taking that up first, though. That is the appeal from JHPC. And, okay, Aramis will be here for that as well. So we will be taking that up first. And then the following bills are on second reading, 2026, 273, 274, 275, and 276. Did I miss anything, Mr. Harvey? Planning Department. This agenda meeting is adjourned.
