SPEAKER_001:42

night to your point of me still loving to go to attending neighborhood meetings um and he told the community he just wanted a little bit more details from the applicant uh on what was planned or thought of for this property and he said he was going to have another neighborhood meeting on april 20th before the luz meeting on the 21st okay when was the bill filed gosh this has been around

SPEAKER_032:06

for a while okay we have we have the request um so yeah we'll go ahead and open you want to open continue is that the technical way to do it okay 421 okay all right item number three 2026 0006 open close move we've got conflicting recommendations on that one followed by the companion 2026 007 open close move and that's council member johnson's district we're ready to take action on that though council member johnson okay all right number five 2025 what what yep is

SPEAKER_012:57

this on number four okay can you get on the mic there may be some uh proposed language that we'll need to do in the uh amendments uh if presented um so if that's the case we'll walk through that and

SPEAKER_033:15

how to do it if it's site specific or whatever there okay there's going to be yeah councilman johnson

SPEAKER_023:20

go ahead real quick uh terrence i'm not sure if you were included on that email um i know dylan you were there was a request for some additional language i haven't had a chance to exparte it yet because i just got the call today um but there was a piece of language and we'll forward that over to you so you'll have it uh i'm sorry you weren't included on that but i think it came from the applicant

SPEAKER_003:43

am i correcting that mr ryan go so through the chair to uh council member uh johnson so there were two separate issues so with regards to uh 2026 06 i believe the applicant will be proposing a site specific policy for the comp plan yes that would be an amendment and then we also received an email today from the applicant on the companion zoning which the applicant had two proposed conditions to the zoning item i will tell you on the second uh condition the office of general counsel is not comfortable with as it is a restriction on the ability for someone to rent their property we believe that's in conflict with state statute um and we'll be happy to talk about that further

SPEAKER_024:23

during the item but we just i don't think we need to bring it up it it's not compatible with florida law at all um the the request was to do uh from the community to do a rental rental only and by florida law you cannot do that so i don't think we need to even bring it up let's just that first amendment so we're

SPEAKER_034:39

good thank you okay so is there going to be like a handout or anything for that the applicant would

SPEAKER_014:45

be responsible first okay okay and that's on number three on three and four okay proposed language for

SPEAKER_034:51

the pud okay you got some handouts for us we don't need it right now you can just i don't you can eric amendment uh for the land use amendment there is a proposed site specific policy capping the density i do have a handout for that for the pud rezoning um i did email with dylan and terrence earlier i would like to clarify i am not proposing the conditions i was just uh agreeing upon some language in the event they are proposed but i can write something down if that situation i mean it's as long as it's not like a laundry list of things that we can take it and mr chair just i know the

SPEAKER_025:41

community brought it up they wanted to say to restrict it to owners only they can't do that but i did we heard them we put it in unfortunately that's conflicts with state law so okay and that's the only one uh the other one was the other one we're all good with which is the fact that they know uh there's a tweak in language no mobile homes if the development comes through because currently their mobile homes on there but they don't want a mobile home development okay we'll bring it up during the meeting okay cool thanks all right and will the mobile home condition be on

SPEAKER_016:10

SPEAKER_037:07

anticipate this she okay all right number nine twenty twenty six one two two open continue until four twenty one mr ryan gould and mr harvey do you know on going back to six and seven did the did mr hersberg and the community get whatever they needed to do for their deed restrictions and you haven't seen any i know there's been a lot of emails going back and forth so i think it's resolved um we'll we'll hear from them tonight i'm sure um yeah okay number nine twenty twenty six one two two we just did that one open continue number ten twenty six one twenty three open continue until four twenty one item number eleven twenty twenty six one twenty four open continue item number twelve twenty six one twenty five open continue item number thirteen twenty six one twenty six open continue item 14 twenty six one twenty seven open continue item number fifteen twenty six one twenty eight open close move that is for mr hersberg as well and yeah the companion right behind it number sixteen twenty six one twenty nine open close move and the number seventeen twenty twenty six one thirty open close amend and move this is for mr cockerel's the zoning i think this is for the liquor liability or the liquor uh yeah exception um and oh it's a pud for oh i see okay including liquor i gotcha um twenty twenty six one three one open close amend and move and that one's good all right number nineteen twenty six one thirty three open close move item number twenty twenty twenty six one thirty four open close move item twenty one and twenty two twenty twenty six one sixty four one sixty five one sixty six one sixty seven one sixty eight one sixty nine one seventy are all deferred and there will be a public carrying next cycle on 421 item number twenty eight twenty twenty six one twenty six one seventy one exparte open close move for mr yancey item number twenty nine twenty twenty six one seventy two exparte open close move item number thirty twenty twenty six one seventy three open close move item 31 twenty twenty six one seventy four open close amend and re-refer because the road frontage is significant change or something okay oh 80 to 12 80 to zero okay all right and then item number 32 2026 175 ex parte open close amend and re-refer that's the i guess sort of companion for the ad item 33 2026 176 open close move item 34 2026 177 this is going to be open this is going to open this is going to be open continued and not open close so we're going to open continue this until 421 26 and last item on the last item on the agenda 2026 178 ex parte open close move so waiver sign waiver and um excuse me okay so 36 2026 208 209 210 211 212 and and 232 are all on second reading. Yeah, for number 35, we might take that up first so we don't make the applicant sit here for three hours for a sign waiver. So we might go there first. What's that? I don't think we're going to be here for three hours, but we're going to be here for quite a while with some of these. But we'll see. Either way, we're going to offer a nice gesture here to the sign waiver applicant. And so legislative services, when he gets here, just kind of let him know that we're going to bring him up to the front. I'm not familiar with the applicant, but let him know that we'll be doing that. If he's not here, then it's fine. So, all right, any other questions, comments from the committee or anything? Mr. White? Yes, sir. That is totally fine. How many do we got here? Leaving me out here. What time? Okay, understood. We might be done. All right, no problem. This agenda meeting is adjourned.
