My name is Shirley Dasher, and I am the council appointed citizen member. Good morning, Heather Pellegrin, VAB chief. Jason Teal, VAB clerk. Good morning, Aaron Thalwitzer, VAB legal counsel. All right. Good morning, and good morning to our property appraiser staff as well. Thank you for joining us this morning. A pretty light agenda, and then if we have anything else we need to wrap up for the VAB year, we can do that at the end. First of our business is the approval of the April 16, 2026 minutes, if I could get a motion to approve that. I got a motion to approve the April 16, 2026 meeting minutes. All those that approve, say aye. Aye. Any opposed, say nay. By our actions, we've approved the April 16, 2026 meeting minutes. Ms. Pellegrin, do we have any public comments today? I do not believe so. Okay. Thank you. And for items three and four, I do not believe we have any deferral requests from either petitioners or the property appraiser's office. Is that correct? I see head nods from our VAB staff as well as the property appraiser staff, so I think we can go straight to item five. So item five, we're going to be taking up the 38 own well petitions that were passed out and emailed to us ahead of time as well. Mr. Thoughts, would you mind just giving us the quick summary and reminder of the action we took at last meeting and what we're doing today by approving these? Sure. Yeah. At the last meeting, the petitions were, well, the deferrals were granted, the deferral request, and I worked with the clerk and the magistrate to revise the recommendations, and that's what's before the board today. Thank you. And I believe the motion will be to approve the, is it to approve the amended recommended decisions? Would that work? That's correct. Okay, so could I get a motion to approve the amended recommended decisions of the 38 own well petitions that were handed out to us? Okay, I got a motion, a second, to approve the 38 own well petitions. All in favor, say aye. Aye. Any opposed, say nay. By our actions, we have approved the amended recommended decisions of the 38 own well petitions that were before us. Item six, these were the last ones to approve, and this was the longer handout. I did want to point out that we were emailed out a list that had, I believe, 141, but the list now is 142. If you look, the second item there has a note that it was amended, so this one was added on. I just want to make sure everyone's clear on that, especially if anyone's watching this, that even though what was sent out ahead of time had 141 recommended decisions, we have 142 now. Mr. Thalitzer, I believe you were kept in the loop on that one as well. So, if there is not any discussion, the motion I'll be looking for is to approve the special match rate recommended decisions of the 142 before us. Okay. I have a motion and a second to approve the 142 recommended decisions. All in favor, say aye. Aye. Any opposed, say nay. By our actions, we have approved the 142 recommended decisions before us today. So, that is it. And with that, we knew this would be a short meeting because this is the last meeting. Mr. Chair, I wanted to remind you that you are responsible for issuing the 2025 VAB awards. So, before you adjourn the meeting, make sure you go ahead and do that. Well, that's a new one. Thank you. Again, you keep on expanding your powers of VAB clerk, not just with the VAB, but among other areas of really taking the council secretary job scope. Everyone gets a VAB reward. We'll do that for the VAB. Everyone gets an award. We're kind of like some of my kids' sports teams. But, again, thank you, property appraiser office staff as well for working closely with us.
