and there's nobody else coming right okay good no it's everybody okay you're all set well good morning committee members and other parties of interest uh this discussion evaluation committee meeting for rps 26 000 59 town and country regional drainage improvements will be held in part by means of communication media technology active participation will be for committee members only provisions have been made for any member of the public desiring to have access to view this meeting my name is joe wright and i'm the senior buyer for this project for the record this meeting is being recorded it has been publicly noticed at this time i'll ask the committee members to introduce themselves beginning with the committee chair mikhail milberg committee chair london committee member larry webster committee member thank you uh the purpose of this meeting is to have the committee discuss the answers received from these individual discussions that we had from the top four vendors which we had discussions in alphabetical order to determine whether any of these scores will be revised so going into the discussions we're going to verify some of the scores that were recorded in the spreadsheet starting with the top drink firm which is atkins realis with a total score of 103 points and then kim lee horn with 84 points and last but not least is burgess and nightpool with 77 points so i'm going to now ask the committee chair if they are going to determine whether any changes will be made to the evaluation scores at this time based on the discussions that we had with the consultants earlier today uh points will not change for the consultants okay so would you like to move forth with a motion to move forth with the negotiations with the top ranked firm yes i motion that we move forward to negotiate with the top ranked firm which was atkins realis thank you very much now please be advised that the cone of silence is still in effect until the notice of intent to recommend award five day protest period ends and all questions still must go directly to me so at this time the meeting has adjourned thank you very much for joining in and have a great day
