Go away, yikes. Go away. Jake, we love you. You can stay forever. I feel the love. See you guys. Thank you very much. We appreciate your help, y'all. Sorry, let me repeat it again. I'd like to call the meeting of Monday, February 2nd to order city clerk. Can you please call the roll? Commissioner Caldwell. Commissioner Harriet. Commissioner Howington. Here. Commissioner Novick. Commissioner Santiago. Vice Mayor Villavasquez. Present. Mayor Villa. Vice Mayor, at this time, there is not a quorum present in the chambers tonight. Thank you, Joyce. At this time, we are going to recess the meeting to Tuesday, February 17th at 6.30 p.m. in the City Hall Commission chambers, with the exception of the consent agenda items, which will be recessed to a special commission meeting on Monday, February 9th at 5.30 p.m. Everyone stay warm. Thank you. Point of order. Before we continue this meeting, I'd like to know what exactly is the purpose of continuing this meeting? Is it simply so we do not have to re-notice New Hope's agenda item? Why are we here? I believe the other public hearings that we have, we'd have to re-advertise. Which ones are those? Well, the other ones on the agenda. I don't have the agenda in front of me, but there's more than one public hearing. So it's, as far as I know, it has nothing to do with New Hope's agenda. City Clerk, can you please tell us what those items are? So it would be Ordinance 36-2025, which is amending Section 110-814. I don't have all of it, so bear with me. So that was just a regular notice, though, that we would typically do for a regular meeting? Some of them are. Some of them had mail-outs done also. Can you tell us which ones are the different ones? We had Ordinance 01-2026, you had Ordinance 04-2026, and then you had a Resolution 2026-01. So it's 01-2026 and 2026-01, which both had mail-outs. Okay, so one was amending the official zoning map, that was Ordinance 01-2026, and the other one with the mail-out was Resolution 2026-01, which is a major conditional use application. What is the conditional use for what project? Let me see if I can get that conditional use one. You want the conditional use one, the resolution? Yes. We'll be amending the official zoning map. Do you have a copy of the agenda? So the subject for this one is, again, Resolution 2026-01. It's major conditional use application for the property located at 590 Fort Smith Boulevard to allow a house of worship in the R1 zoning district for adoption. The other one that had the mail-out is Ordinance 01-2026, request to amend the official zoning map to rezone approximately 14.43 acres located at 2830, 2846, and 2855 Lake Helen Osteen Road from Residential Estate 1, RE1, to Mixed-Use Plan Unit Development, MPUD, for denial. Those are the two that had the mail-outs. Okay, given that information, I'm not comfortable doing any sort of action this evening. I think we should adjourn this meeting and close it out. We are adjourning. I was just giving you the respect. Thank you. I appreciated that. Okay, so meeting is adjourned. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
