will call the meeting to order for the site point review and appearance board of October 28th 2026 can we get a roll call here here here here here second item is approval of the agenda have to approve the agenda a second first in a second yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes then third item approval of the minutes we have two separate meetings do we did those get approved separately or together motion to approve minutes from August 26th and September 23rd of 2026 second second second second second any any items for discussions or corrections hearing none yes yes yes yes yes yes do we I guess now we would swear in the public but there's somebody there you just put on the record that there's no one here but if you want to swear in staff you can are you vested in me as a notary of the state of Florida do you swear or affirm that the testimony you're about to give through the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth okay then next we would have any comments from the public not pertain to items in the agenda given that we don't have anybody in the public this evening we will move to the quasi-judicial hearing items do I guess do we go in through the instructions or I would wait and we do the quasi-judicial instructions in case someone shows up okay if not we can proceed to any items without the applicant if you want to move on to any reports from staff or comp board comments you're saying just jump into the into those for the time being sure any reports and comments from staff in the meantime no I just like to make a note of the upcoming meetings November 18th this is not the regular Wednesday that we meet but because of holiday season so November is going to be the third Wednesday so that means the agenda will post a week before like November 10th usually December is even earlier is going to be the second Wednesday so December 9 and the January is the regular fourth Wednesday January 27 and we already provided to the board the 2027 agenda and schedules sorry until next year okay so next would staff present without the applicant or does the applicant have to be here the applicant it's their recommend it's their recommendation or request for approval so okay shall we enter the item into the agenda and then you no we can't proceed with the item so we don't want to put anything in the record if we're not hearing the case or hearing the matter at this time are there any board comments do we know where the applicant is we we can ask staff can we ask questions about this I would I would suggest to wait until you know we have the applicant here before you discuss the item we have the applicant running late or anything so I haven't heard the last thing I got was the presentation I guess you as a board do we want to give it maybe a few minutes given is there a time train that we have to specifically wait because I remember on certain boards it was like to a certain boards you be typically wait about 15 minutes for quorum purposes before we decide not to proceed with a meeting if you want to give if we don't proceed for it they would just have to get with staff to have it added to a future agenda motion to give them the time or just give them the time no I think you could do it by consensus okay I guess maybe if they're not here by 5 15 like quarter after then yeah you should see consensus from the board yes yes no small talk no you can go to recess and reconvene at 5 15 if you like or you can stay on the record okay so we'll call the meeting back to order um given that the applicant has not uh appeared before us uh I guess we do we need to so I would ask staff if they were able to have any hi yeah was there any contact with the applicant um contacted so at jonathan is it jonathan campbell who's on fast signs it they weren't able to get to him but there was someone else from fast signs that's also a part of the emails they were not aware and i told them that the email was sent and they were supposed to come to this meeting so is it is it then the applicant's uh responsibility to reschedule or resubmit i think we hear from the board council what will uh happen next like the procedure but if postponement like your decision there is a fee associated with this and there are procedure but we'll hear from the board council so what i would suggest i wouldn't suggest that you move to postpone i would suggest that you take no action on the item because the applicant is not present if the applicant would like to contact staff to request the new date then they can handle that administratively and get a motion to to put to take no action on the item i move to take no action on the uh item at hand second second yes yes yes yes yes yes with any other board discussion items nothing okay well then we'll call we'll adjourn the meeting motion to adjourn yeah second
