Welcome to our meeting of this January 20th, a special attorney-client session. Mr. Clerk, please call the roll. Commissioner Marker. He's here. Commissioner Casale. Here. Deputy Vice Mayor Burns. Here. Mayor Carney. Here. We have a quorum. Thank you very much. This is a public meeting, but the time is now 3.04. We're about to have an attorney-client session in accordance with Florida Statute 286.011 regarding the litigation matter of Foster Marine Contractors, Inc. versus the City of Delray Beach, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, case number 2017-008953MB-AO. The session is estimated to last 60 minutes, and the following people will be in attendance at the meeting. Myself and the City Commission members, Deputy Vice Mayor Angela Burns, Commissioner Thomas Markert, and Commissioner Julie Gasal, Terrence Moore, City Manager, City Attorney Lynn Jelen, Outside Counsel Sanez Alempour, Outside Counsel Christopher Stearns, Certified Court Reporter. These proceedings will be recorded by the Certified Court Reporter, and at the conclusion of the litigation discussed, the transcript will be made available as part of the public record. All those individuals who I have now named should please leave the room at this time. Open the public meeting. The attorney's session has now been terminated, and members of the general public are now invited to return for any further proceedings or matters.
